NIWALA – A FIGHT AGAINST HUNGAR
Food is a necessity and when it comes to patients admitted in a hospital food also heals. This noble combination of food for needy patients inspired Kamla Bai Charitable trust to establish NIwala Center at Rajasthan’s largest civil hospital ie Sawai Man Singh Hospital Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Through this Campaign, Kamla Bai Charitable Trust aims at fighting an endless war against the social issue of Hunger. We are feeding a minimum of 100 people every day in the Rajasthan’s biggest civil hospital. Niwala aims at becoming a synonym of relief for the hungry on the road side. The quality of food that we serve is being liked by patients in SMS hospital a lot. The quantity of food is also sumptuous. We do have quality standards and we do surprise audits to ensure the standards are being followed. We have also come up with a new kitchen to eradicate the vendor system to ensure better taste of the food.
Niwala is in the process of making itself independent by having its own farm produce, its own kitchen and its own centers for distribution. This concept will make the project cheaper and the quality of food can be maintained on larger scales also.
